Registration will open in August for the 2020 season!
The board is currently considering the rate structure, as the BC government will be raising the minimum wage by around 9.5% this year, 5.5% next year, and 4% the year after that, please understand that some increases will be necessary in order for the Red Mountain Racers to continue into the future. Rest assured, all fees are spent on programming, as we are a non-profit Society.
Once this is finalized, the website will be updated and registration will be open. It will have to be completed and a deposit paid to cover BC Alpine fees (insurance) before any summer camps or dryland training is commenced. We’ll send a newsletter out when it is live.
Our teen racers will be embarking on a five-day training camp at Mt Hood on 19 August, just a few weeks from now. With a probable training group of ten racers (6 girls and 4 boys), it looks to be a really fun few days of gates in the morning, and hiking and other dryland activities in the afternoon.
