The Red Mountain Academy Alpine Program is designed to guide competitive student athletes through the U14, U16 and FIS programs.
By using flexible, self-paced and blended education tools students are able to train on snow 5 days a week and travel to competitions without forfeiting their grade 8-12 high school education. This program is not only a great option for local athletes, but is designed to accommodate out-of-town, and international athletes using homestay families.
Athletes train Wednesday through Sunday, receive a complete mental training program, participate in 4-5 dryland training sessions per week, receive injury prevention physiotherapy sessions and participate in nutrition information sessions. In some cases, is also possible for students to pursue their home country curriculum with dedicated academic time and classroom, and mentoring from qualified teachers.
